During my time at university, I met a managing director
and asked him: “What represents a top-manager?” He answered:
“Who wants to be a leader, needs to be able to serve first.”
This I liked and it formed me, too: Clear answer – yes; but arrogance
and presumptuousness –
no! We work in the agency according to this motto. My team and I meet
other people with respect, we listen to what they have to say, and we
strive – with an enterprising spirit and on behalf of our clients
– for the top. And the best part is we like what we do!
